Zoojo.com -- Zoojo or Zoo Jo

Zoojo.com -- Zoojo
_____________
Common sense and a sense of humor are the same thing, moving at different speeds. A sense of humor is just common sense, dancing.
--William James
_____________________

"Zoojo," a cute, catchy, and memorable name, would make a great brand for a product line or services for children: clothes, toys, games, shoes, daycare, themed restaurants, cartoon characters, TV shows -- the list is endless.

"Zoojo" could also be a fun humor site, either for kids or just general humor.

Indeed, we had fun with this logo just because "Zoojo" is an all-around fun/funny word.

Radio test: Zoojo passes with a caveat: listeners might visualize "Zujo"; therefore, pronunciation should be presented as follows:

"Zoo-jo-dot-com; that's Z-o-o-j-o-dot-com."

In essence, Zoojo is primarily a visual term: internet, TV, print. If you plan to use radio spots extensively for advertising your product or service, you should probably select another name for your brand or company name.

"Zoojo" and its variations ("Zoo Jo," "Zo Ojo," "Soojo," "Soo Jo," and "So Ojo"), do not appear in the USPTO.gov data bases.

ZiRobot.com -- ZiRobot, Zi Robot, or Ziro Bot
_______________

If robots are to clean our homes, they'll have to do it better than a person.
--James Dyson
_________________________

"ZiRobot" or "Zi Robot" has everything to do with, well, robots. Perhaps the potential buyer intends to create a company that manufactures industrial robots or builds a prototype for the home market (if so, this webmaster is all in).

Or ZiRobot could be the name of a robot character for a movie or TV show.

As of 8/5/2013, no trademark was found for ZiRobot, Zi Robot, or Ziro Bot on USPTO.gov or Trademarkia.com.

Zooray.com -- Zooray!

Zooray.com -- Zooray!
____________

Joy is a net of love by which you can catch souls.
--Mother Teresa
___________________________

"Zooray," an echo of "Hooray," is a kid name, through and through, appropriate for myriad products and services for children: clothing, shoes, toys, games, daycare, meetup places for kids meeting kids, children-themed restaurants, etc.

Zooray could also be branded for a pet store or even a chain of stores. Unlike many short branded names, Zooray is made up of two short common words: "zoo" and "ray."

Zooray is the kind of name that pops out and grabs customers and draws them in, the kind of name that will brand itself -- definitely an "earworm." This term could easily slip into everyday lexicon.

As of 8/2/2013, Zooray and Zoo Ray have not been found in the USPTO.gov and Trademarkia.com data bases.

_____________

Life is a song -- sing it.
Life is a game -- play it.
Life is a challenge -- meet it.
Life is a dream -- realize it.
Life is a sacrifice -- offer it.
Life is love -- enjoy it.

-- Sai Baba
_______________________________

Zaggly is such a playful, cute, and lovable name for a company specializing in product lines or services for children: games, toys, play places, daycare centers, educational material, books, etc.

Children play long and hard, having lots of fun along the way and learning about life--which the logo tries to convey.

As of 7/28/2013, this gem has not been listed in the USPTO.gov data base or found on Trademarkia.com.

In fact, other than a few user names (what's not to love?) across the 'net, we saw, after a quick search, no evidence of this name being used in business.
