Literature is my Utopia. Here I am not disenfranchised. No barrier of the senses shuts me out from the sweet, gracious discourses of my book friends. They talk to me without embarrassment or awkwardness.

"Zoobrary" is just a natural name for a publishing company specializing in children's books. This catchy and memorable term could also be used for a bricks and mortar business, such as a daycare, themed restaurant, or bookstore.

Radio test: with careful pronunciation, "Zoobrary" passes the test.

Zoobrary can be an aural term, but it's best as a visual term: internet, TV, print. If you plan to use radio spots extensively for advertising your product or service, you should be okay using this name, but your best showcase ads would be visual.

"Zoobrary" and its variations -- "Zoo Brary," "Soobrary," and "Soo Brary" -- do not appear in the USPTO.gov data bases.

We may decide to keep this name and start a children's section of our own publishing company, but if the right offer comes in, we will sell.

___________________________

"Zooray," an echo of "Hooray," is a kid name, through and through, appropriate for myriad products and services for children: clothing, shoes, toys, games, daycare, meetup places for kids meeting kids, children-themed restaurants, etc.

Zooray could also be branded for a pet store or even a chain of stores. Unlike many short branded names, Zooray is made up of two short common words: "zoo" and "ray."

Zooray is the kind of name that pops out and grabs customers and draws them in, the kind of name that will brand itself -- definitely an "earworm." This term could easily slip into everyday lexicon.

As of 8/2/2013, Zooray and Zoo Ray have not been found in the USPTO.gov and Trademarkia.com data bases.
