Zoobrary.com -- Zoobrary

Zoobrary.com -- Zoobrary
________________
Literature is my Utopia. Here I am not disenfranchised. No barrier of the senses shuts me out from the sweet, gracious discourses of my book friends. They talk to me without embarrassment or awkwardness.
-- Helen Keller
____________________

"Zoobrary" is just a natural name for a publishing company specializing in children's books. This catchy and memorable term could also be used for a bricks and mortar business, such as a daycare, themed restaurant, or bookstore.

Radio test: with careful pronunciation, "Zoobrary" passes the test.

Zoobrary can be an aural term, but it's best as a visual term: internet, TV, print. If you plan to use radio spots extensively for advertising your product or service, you should be okay using this name, but your best showcase ads would be visual.

"Zoobrary" and its variations -- "Zoo Brary," "Soobrary," and "Soo Brary" -- do not appear in the USPTO.gov data bases.

We may decide to keep this name and start a children's section of our own publishing company, but if the right offer comes in, we will sell.

Zincy.com -- Zincy

Zincy.com -- Zincy
_____________
We cannot conceive of matter being formed of nothing, since things require a seed to start from... Therefore, there is not anything which returns to nothing, but all things return dissolved into their elements.
--William Shakespeare
________________________
If the world comes to an end, I want to be in Cincinnati. Everything comes there ten years later.
– Mark Twain
________________________

"Zincy" is a dictionary word: a variant for zinc.

For a Cincinnati business: "Zincy" is a flirty way to refer to "Cincy" or Cincinnati, so this could also be developed into a Cincy business or geo portal.

Radio test: Zincy passes with some caveats. When you pronounce "Zincy," will the listener hear the correct spelling or "Zinzy," "Cincy," "Sincy," "Cinzy," "Cinsy," or "Zinsy"? So if you plan to use radio spots for advertising, be prepared to spell out the name as such:

"Z-i-n-c-y-dot-com"

In short, "Zincy" is primarily a visual term: internet, TV, print. If you plan to use radio spots extensively for advertising your product or service, you should probably select another name.

"Zincy" does not appear in the USPTO.gov data bases.

ZZZCompany.com and ZZZco.com -- ZZZ Company and ZZZco or ZZZ co

ZZZcompany.com -- ZZZ Company
__________________

ZZZco.com -- ZZZ Co
______________
The best cure for insomnia is to get a lot of sleep.
--W. C. Fields
________________________

At first glance, we thought that "ZZZco" was the best choice for a company main site, but the more we thought about it, we decided to feature "ZZZ Company" in first place, even though it's longer.

"ZZZ Company" is a snappy, interesting, and memorable term and would work best for sleep products and/or services. Lack of sleep seems to be a major 21st Century malady, affecting just about everyone who lives a modern life. Your product or service, whatever it may be, can help the modern insomniac find rest between the sheets.

Radio Test: While both terms are primarily visual, they can pass the radio test IF:
For ZZZCompany.com, the announcer spells out each "Z" individually and pronounces "Company" (a common word), for example:
"Z-Z-Z-Com-pa-ny-dot-com"
For ZZZco.com, the announcer spells out each letter individually:
"Z-Z-Z-C-O-dot-com"
But we see these terms as primarily visual, perfect for a company planning to advertise primarily on TV, internet, billboards, and print.

One caveat: if you plan to use either term for an over-the-counter sleep or prescription medicine, please consult with a trademark attorney before buying this domain. There is already a product called "ZZZquil," and these terms may cause branding confusion. For other products and services, there should be no problem because the terms "ZZZ Company," "ZZZCompany," "ZZZco," and "ZZZ Co" were not found on USPTO.gov. But if you're not certain, still check with a TM lawyer.

Price: $10,000
(Includes two domains and logos.)

Zeace.com and Ziece.com -- Zeace and Ziece

Zeace.com -- Zeace
________

Ziece.com -- Ziece
__________
Peace begins with a smile.
-- Mother Teresa
_____________________________

In English, "Zeace" also sounds like "Ziece," which is why both are being offered as a two-fer. Use one for your main site, and redirect the other to it.

Radio test problem: solved.

These terms are a play on "Peace" and "Piece"; aesthetically, we prefer "Zeace" because it suggests the positive meaning of peace and serenity, whereas "piece" does not bring much to mind. However, we are just one opinion, and the buyer may be more creative than us and feel otherwise.

We see these two one-syllable beauties as techie-type names but could also represent a company or name brand for just about any product or service.

We found no trademarks on either zeace or ziece at USPTO.gov or on any related names.

Price: $10,000
(Includes both domains and logos.)

ZeQuest.com -- ZeQuest or Ze Quest

ZeQuest.com -- ZeQuest or Ze Quest
__________________
Scientists have become the bearers of the torch of discovery in our quest for knowledge.
--Stephen Hawking
____________________________

The root word of "ZeQuest" is "Quest," a highly charged word that refers to a hero's obsession to find, via an arduous journey filled with danger, obstacles, and tests, something or someone important:
In mythology and literature, a quest, a journey towards a goal, serves as a plot device and (frequently) as a symbol. Quests appear in the folklore of every nation and also figure prominently in non-national cultures. In literature, the objects of quests require great exertion on the part of the hero, and the overcoming of many obstacles, typically including much travel. The aspect of travel also allows the storyteller to showcase exotic locations and cultures (an objective of the narrator, not of the character) (Wikipedia).
"ZeQuest" suggests video games or series of products having to do with a hero's search/quest for the "Holy Grail." Other uses for this term are possible, but this use is most obvious to us.

No trademarks were found on the term "ZeQuest" or "Ze Quest" on the USPTO.gov or Trademarkia.com data bases. However, a trademark was found for SeQuest for "computer software for performing biomolecular analysis by analyzing data from mass spectrometers." We disclose this information because ZeQuest, depending on usage, may be considered a typo of SeQuest; "Z" and "S" are near each other on the qwerty keyboard. If you avoid product confusion with the SeQuest mark, you should be okay. For more information, consult with a trademark lawyer.

ZZZus.com and ZZZUSA.com -- ZZZus or ZZZ US; ZZZUSA or ZZZ USA

ZZZus.com-- ZZZ US
______________

ZZZusa.com -- ZZZ USA
______________

It is a common experience that a problem difficult at night is resolved in the morning after the committee of sleep has worked on it.
-- John Steinbeck
____________________________

“ZZZ US” and “ZZZ USA” can mean only one thing: comfortable sleep and all that contributes to that goal.

These are two of the best sleep names on the market because the brand (with an emphasis on “us” or “U.S.”/“U.S.A”) hones in on what is most important: the national obsession with sleep and lack thereof. Your product, whatever it is, can help solve the national sleep debt singlehandedly. If your product can pull off this miracle–and these terms are good starts–then your customers will be happy and well-rested, and your company and its profit margins will make you and your stockholders very happy.

“ZZZ us” should be considered a visual as opposed to an aural brand name. “ZZZ us” might be difficult to advertise on the radio, unless the speaker spells out each “Z.” Because it is such a short name and the “ZZZ” a familiar symbol for sleep, this is not a major impediment, but the pronunciation may be muted on radio spots.

On the other hand, “ZZZ USA” lends itself very well to radio spots, and here's why: by pronouncing each letter and including the TLD (Z Z Z U S A dot com), with emphasis on “U.S.A” (invoking a patriotic company), you can create a natural sounding jingle. Using the rule of three, sing three times, and your customers will remember your web address. In many ways, ZZZUSA.com is superior to ZZZus, although it is longer. But that is for the buyer to decide.

Both domains would display well on TV, the Internet, and billboards.

No trademarks were found for these terms (ZZZus, ZZZ US, ZZZusa, or ZZZ USA) at USPTO.gov or Trademarkia.com.

Price: (Negotiable, starting with a $10,000.00 offer)
(Negotiated price includes domains and logos.)

“Zogo Logo” and “Zogos Logos” are catchy, rhyming 8- and 10-letter terms for a commercial artist who makes his or her living as a logo creator.

The webmaster may keep these two, especially if her logo skills keep improving and if she can find some more artist's tools for logo work.

However, a very attractive offer could persuade her to sell in a New York minute.

The plural version has had only one owner, so you can be assured that ZogosLogos.com has no unfavorable history with former owners. This means that Google, Bing, and Yahoo are likely offer ZogosLogos.com the search engine love that it deserves.

_______________

Some people need sequins, others don't.
--Edith Head
_________________________________

What a sparkly name for a night club, restaurant, bar, or any hot spot where trendy people gather.

This is a two-fer offering, singular and plural.

As with many "Z" names, Zequin/s would also be a great name for an internet start-up.

For whatever use, Zequin or Zequins is zippy, catchy, colorful, and memorable.

Also, Zequin and Zequins are actual words, variants of "sequin" and "sequins."

According to USPTO.gov, there is a dead/abandoned trademark on"Zequin" for an ophthalmic pharmaceutical medicine for the treatment of conjunctivitis, so if you plan to use this term for a pharmaceutical product, you may want to consult with a Trademark lawyer before purchasing. From a practical standpoint, two meds with the same name might be cause for consumer confusion.

Zooray.com -- Zooray!

Zooray.com -- Zooray!
____________

Joy is a net of love by which you can catch souls.
--Mother Teresa
___________________________

"Zooray," an echo of "Hooray," is a kid name, through and through, appropriate for myriad products and services for children: clothing, shoes, toys, games, daycare, meetup places for kids, children-themed restaurants, etc.

Zooray could also be branded for a pet store or even a chain of stores. Unlike many short branded names, Zooray is made up of two short common words: "zoo" and "ray."

Zooray is the kind of name that pops out and grabs customers and draws them in, the kind of name that will brand itself -- definitely an "earworm." This term could easily slip into everyday lexicon.

Zooray and Zoo Ray have not been found in the USPTO.gov and Trademarkia.com data bases.

Zixio.com and Zix.io -- Zixio and Zix io

Zixio.com and Zix.io -- Zixio or Zix io
______________________

In a start-up company, you basically throw out all assumptions every three weeks.
-- William Lyon Phelps
_______________________________

"Zixio" would be a great name for a start-up tech company, although Zixio would not necessarily be limited to tech.

The "io" ending tends to be popular with tech companies, perhaps because of its playful pronunciation. In fact, many companies are branding their companies with the .io (without having acquired the .com -- in our opinion, a fool's mission).

Normally, we sell just .com domains, but we are also offering .io as part of a two-fer, which offers you the opportunity to brand your company with a 3-letter domain + two-letter .io, which spells out your potential company name in its entirety. With these two domains working together, now it would make sense to develop Zix.io* as your main site, using Zixio.com as a redirect to Zix.io. You can now have both your cool factor and your practical business savvy, all wrapped up into one package.

"Zixio" has not been found on the USPTO.gov or Trademarkia.com data bases. However, the term "Zyxio" is trademarked for mobile phone software, so if you plan to use this name for that market, you might want to consult with a trademark lawyer before buying Zixio.com.

Price: $10,000.00
(Includes two domains and logo)

“Zogos” = “Logos with Zest”

Five-letter business name, possibly for a commercial artist who makes his or her living as a logo creator.

The webmaster may keep this one, especially if her logo skills keep improving and if she can find some more artist's tools for logo work.

However, a very attractive offer could persuade her to sell in a New York minute.

Some cautions: a restaurant in California is using “Zogos” as part of its business name: Zogo's Burgers. This probably will not be a problem--as long as the buyer does not use the Zogos' name for a restaurant, especially in California.

Also, there are two live trademarks for the singular “Zogo”: a skateboard  company and a mobile and wireless online carrier--this is actually good news, since the USPTO has issued trademarks to more than one business. This suggests that the U.S. Trademark and Patent Office has deemed that the term “Zogo” may be trademarked by non-competing businesses.

Zogo.com appears to be a dating site, owned by Wireless Introduction Network Corporation, the same company holding the trademark on the wireless online carrier.

The plural “Zogos” does not appear on USPTO.gov or Trademarkia.com.

Before making an offer on this domain, be sure to do further research on possible trademark issues and conflicts.
